The staff gave a travel pass for free bus transport within the city. It was A nice touch.
The room temperature controls DIDN'T seem to work. It was too hot most of the night, VERY uncomfortable. I COULDN'T leave the curtains open at night, the window was full length with a supermarket opposite and offices.

The supermarket behind the hotel was very convenient. i found the bus stops right outside the hotel useful. They took me directly into the city center. the room was nice and clean.. the bathroom was great. i also appreciated the quick check-in process and the friendly staff.

The room was clean with fresh linen. The bathroom featured an excellent shower and a good hairdryer (I appreciate this!). The staff downstairs was lovely, as was the lounge. I also received a voucher for free public transport .
There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room. The temperature controls did not seem to function properly. It was too hot during the night. The room was also a bit on the small side.
